摘要:

糖尿病是全球常见的代谢性疾病之一,糖尿病病因复杂,越来越多的证据表明其受肠道菌群 和微生物代谢产物的调节,菌群失调是糖尿病的危险因素。肠道菌群移植(faecal microbiota transplantation, FMT)作为一种新的治疗方法,可以调节菌群。在这篇综述中,我们重点概述了FMT在糖尿病人群和糖尿病 动物模型中的应用,旨在评估FMT靶向治疗糖尿病的有效性及安全性,将FMT作为糖尿病的潜在治疗方法。

Abstract:

Diabetes(DM)is one of the most common metabolic diseases in the world. The etiology of dia⁃ betes is complex. Its etiology is complex,and more and more evidence shows that diabetes is regulated by intestinal flora and microbial metabolites,and the imbalance of flora is one of the risk factors for diabetes. As a new treat⁃ ment method,fecal microbiota transplantation(FMT)can regulate the flora. In this review,we focus on the appli⁃ cation of FMT in diabetic population and diabetic animal models,aiming to evaluate the efficacy and safety of FMT targeted therapy for diabetes,and consider FMT as a potential therapy for DM.
