摘要:

颅骨缺损是神经外科中常见且重要的临床问题,利用干细胞的成骨特性来修补临界大小的骨缺损已成为人们关注的焦点。目前,各种干细胞在骨组织工程中的应用方面取得了显著进展,但如何提高干细胞的植入率和存活率是该修补方式的关键。干细胞治疗颅骨缺损已经在动物研究中被证明是可行的,这可能为进一步的临床研究开辟新的途径。干细胞移植仍是颅骨缺损修补方式中最有希望的一种。

Abstract:

Skull defects is a common and important clinical condition in neurosurgery. Using the osteogenicproperties of stem cells to repair bone defects of critical size has become the focus of attention. Application ofvarious stem cells has presently made significant progress in bone tissue engineering. Howeverhow to improve theimplantation rate and survival rate of stem cells is the key to this repair method. Therapies with stem cells for skulldefects have been proven feasible in animal studiesproviding a new way for further clinical research. Stem celltransplantation is still the most promising procedure for repairing skull defects.
