摘要:

目的 探讨卵巢子宫内膜异位症、深部浸润型子宫内膜异位症患者与健康女性肠道菌群的 差异并进行功能预测分析。方法 收取 2019-2020 年期间卵巢子宫内膜异位症患者(OE 组,n = 14)、深部浸润型子宫内膜异位症患者(DIE 组,n = 12)及健康女性(Control 组,n = 10)的粪便,通过 16S rRNA 扩增技术对菌群 V3⁃V4 片段进行测序、结果分析和功能预测。结果 组间菌群的多样性差异无统计学意义; OE 组和 DIE 组的 Negativicutes(纲)和 Fusicatenibacter(属、种)显著减少,NK4A214_group(属)和 Eubacteri⁃ um_coprostanoligenes_group(种)显著增多。功能预测发现氨基酸代谢和 ABC 转运蛋白基因在 OE 组富集。 结论 子宫内膜异位症患者的肠道存在菌群失调,卵巢子宫内膜异位和深部浸润型子宫内膜异位的发展 可能与氨基酸代谢和转运蛋白基因有关。

Abstract:

Objective To investigate the differences in gut microbiome among patients with ovarian endo⁃ metriosis,those with deep infiltrating endometriosis,and healthy women,and to predict the gene function of flora. Methods Feces were collected from 14 patients with ovarian endometriosis(OE group,n = 14),12 with deep infiltrating endometriosis(DIE group,n = 12),and healthy women(control group,n = 10)during the period of 2019 to 2020. The common conserved region V3⁃V4 of intestinal flora was sequenced by 16S rRNA amplification and the sequencing results among three groups were analyzed;the gene function of microbiome was predicted. Results The diversity of the flora did not differ significantly among the three groups. Negativicutes and Fusicateni⁃ bacter were significantly decreased while NK4A214_group and Eubacterium_coprostanoligenes_group were signifi⁃ cantly increased in OE group and DIE group. Amino acid metabolism and ABC transporter were enriched in OE group. Conclusions Imbalance of intestinal flora was existed in patients with endometriosis. The development of ovarian endometriosis and deep infiltrating endometriosis may be related to amino acid metabolism and transporters.
