1,25⁃(OH)2D3对气道炎症及气道重塑的影响

Research progress of 1,25⁃(OH)2D3 in airway inflammation and airway remodeling

摘要:

1,25⁃(OH)2D3 Vit D 的活性形式,因具有抗炎和抗纤维化作用而在气道炎症和气道重塑 中扮演重要角色。1,25⁃(OH)2D3通过减少炎性因子、诱导抗菌肽的释放、结合免疫细胞 Vit D 受体在气道 中发挥抗炎作用。同时 1,25⁃(OH)2D3减轻气道上皮纤维化、影响气道细胞如气道平滑肌细胞、气道上皮 细胞、气道成纤维细胞的增殖及分泌。此外 1,25⁃(OH)2D3减少 TGF⁃β1、IL⁃17A 的表达。本文就 1,25⁃ (OH)2D3

Abstract:

1,25⁃(OH)2D3,the active form of Vit D,plays an important role in airway inflammation and remodeling.due to its anti⁃inflammatory and antifibrosis effects.1,25 ⁃(OH)2D3 plays an anti⁃inflammatory role in airway by reducing inflammatory factors,inducing the release of antimicrobial peptides and binding to Vit D recep⁃ tor.At the same time 1,25⁃(OH)2D3 can reduce airway epithelial fibrosis and affect the proliferation and secretion of airway cells such as airway smooth muscle cells,airway epithelial cells and airway fibroblasts. In addition,1,25 ⁃(OH)2D3 decreased the expression of TGF⁃β1 and IL⁃17A. This article reviews the research of 1,25⁃(OH)2D3 in airway inflammation and airway remodeling.
