摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的观察动脉血管腔内成形术联合通冠胶囊治疗下肢动脉硬化闭塞症（arteriosclerosis obliterans, ASO）患者的近期临床疗效。方法 60例ASO患者均接受下肢动脉血管腔内成形术,治疗组30例口服通冠胶囊,对照组30例未服用通冠胶囊,观察术后患者疼痛改善情况、下肢血运改善情况及随访1、3、6个月患者生存质量及血管再狭窄率。结果治疗组与对照组对比,术后1、3、6个月踝臂指数比较差异有统计学意义（P < 0.05）,术后3、6个月血管通畅率比较差异有统计学意义（P < 0.05）,术后3、6个月疼痛症状比较差异有统计学意义（P < 0.05）。结论动脉血管腔内成形术联合通冠胶囊对于治疗ASO疗效确切,可提高患者生存质量,值得临床推广。

Abstract: Objective To observe the short-term effect of transluminal angioplasty combined with Tongguan capsule in the treatment of arteriosclerosis obliterans （ASO）. Methods Sixty patients with ASO who received transluminal angioplasty were enrolled and divided into treatment group with oral administration of Tongguan capsule （n = 30） and control group （n = 30）. The improvement of postoperative pain and lower limb blood supply were observed. The quality of life and vascular restenosis rate 1 month, 3 and 6 months after the treatment were followed up. Results Compared with that in the control group, the ankle brachial index in the treatment group 1, 3 and 6 months after the surgery was lower （P < 0.05）; the patency of vessel in the treatment group 3 and 6 months after the surgery was better （P < 0.05） and postoperative pain in the treatment was improved （P < 0.05）. Conclusion sTransluminal angioplasty combined with Tongguan capsule is beneficial to the treatment of ASO and could improve patients′ quality of life.
