脓毒症的诊治技术不断进步，但其病死率仍居高不下，其病理生理机制复杂且异质性高， 已经是重症监护病房（intensive care unit，ICU）非心脏病患者的主要死亡原因。目前，相关表型的研究是国 内外为求降低病死率的重点研究方向之一，本文将梳理近年来脓毒症表型相关研究进行文献复习及综述。

The diagnosis and treatment of sepsis has been continuously improved，but its mortality remains high. Its complex mechanism and high heterogeneity are the main causes of mortality in Intensive Care Unit（ICU）. The phenotype of sepsis is the key research directions to the reduction of the mortality. This paper aims to review and summarize the recent research on sepsis phenotype.
