脓毒症（sepsis）是急危重症患者最常见的死亡原因之一。脓毒症相关肝损伤（sepsis⁃related liver injury）发病机制复杂，与微循环功能障碍、氧自由基损伤、肠道细菌和内毒素移位、炎症因子过度产生 等有关，是脓毒症常见并发症。目前认为肠⁃肝轴参与脓毒症相关肝损伤的发生发展。深入探讨肠-肝轴在 脓毒症相关肝损伤发病机制中的作用将有助于寻找更有效的治疗措施、提高脓毒症患者的抢救成功率。

Sepsis is one of the most common causes of death in critically ill patients. Sepsis⁃related liver injury is a common complication of sepsis，which is related to microcirculation dysfunction，oxygen free radical injury，intestinal bacterial and endotoxin translocation，and excessive production of inflammatory factors. It is believed that the gut ⁃liver axis is involved in the development of sepsis ⁃ related liver injury. Further study on the role of gut⁃liver axis in the pathogenesis of sepsis⁃related liver injury will help to find more effective treatment mea⁃ sures and improve the success rate of rescue in sepsis patients.
