新型冠状病毒的变异，尤其是关切变异，给全球的防疫、抗疫工作带来了重大的挑战。目前的关 切变异包括Alpha、Beta、Gamma、Delta和Omicron 5种。这些不断出现的新的变异株，使疫苗在预防感染、预 防重症方面的保护效能下降，迫切需要新的策略去应对新的变异株对目前疫情防控所产生的挑战。本文 总结了不同新冠疫苗对新冠变异株在预防感染、预防重症方面的效能，并提出了可能的解决方案。

Newly arise variants of severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2（SARS⁃Co2），especial⁃ ly variants of concern（VOC），bring great challenge to the anti⁃SARS⁃Co2 campaign. The Alpha，Beta，Gamma， Delta and Omicron are the 5 VOC now. With the variants，the effect of vaccine on prevention of infection and severe disease are decreased significantly. And new protocols are needed. In this review，the effect of vaccine on prevention of infection and severe disease for different variants are described. Potential solutions are listed.
