结核病仍然是威胁我国公民健康的公共卫生问题。近年来，我国结核病在公共卫生、临床 诊疗和基础研究等领域，都取得了长足的进步，极大地促进了结核病诊疗水平的提高。本文对多项与临 床密切相关的研究工作进行了述评，尤其是对每项研究可为临床诊疗提供的参考价值做了重点描述。相 信不同领域的点点滴滴的进步，必将深化对结核菌和结核病的认知，全方位地提升结核病防控、患者管 理、患者诊疗等水平。

Tuberculosis（TB）is still a threat to the health of public and remains a public health problem. In recent years，continues progresses had been made in public health，diagnosis and treatment，and in fundamen⁃ tal research of tuberculosis. All these progresses promoted the improvement of health care of tuberculosis patient. In this literature，analysis and comments were made on several studies that closely related with clinical practice， especially underlined the significance of each study for the health care. We confidently believe that all the small progresses in different areas would enhance the understanding of the bacilli and the disease，and then inevitably promote the disease control，patient management and patient health care of tuberculosis.
