嗜酸性粒细胞在变态反应性疾病的发生发展中起着重要作用。本文从嗜酸性粒细胞成熟、 迁移、活化、脱颗粒和延迟凋亡方面阐述嗜酸性粒细胞与变态反应性疾病的关系，以及嗜酸性粒细胞在三 种不同变态反应性疾病中的作用。通过研究嗜酸性粒细胞的生物学特征及其在变态反应性疾病的作用， 寻找更多治疗变态反应性疾病的方向，从而有助于指导临床诊断。

Eosinophils play an important role in the development of allergic diseases. This paper aims to describe the relationships between eosinophils and allergic diseases in terms of eosinophil maturation，migration， activation，degranulation and delayed apoptosis，elaborating their role in three different allergic diseases. By study⁃ ing the biological characteristics of eosinophils and their roles in allergic diseases，we can find more directions for the treatment of allergic diseases in order to guide the clinical diagnosis.
