目的 分析中医药强省建设以来广东省中医医院卫生发展状况。方法 参考《中国卫生统计年鉴》、《全国中医药统计摘编》、《广东省卫生年鉴》和《广东省中医统计信息汇编》，对2007⁃2018年广东省中医医院资源和医疗服务等相关指标进行描述性统计分析。

结果 2007⁃2018年间广东省中医医院资源稳步增长，医疗服务能力不断增强。结论 应加强统筹协调、推动中医医院优质发展；提高人才素质、健全培养和选用机制，增强中医药人才优势。

Objective To analysis of the health development status of Guangdong Traditional ChineseMedicine（TCM） hospitals since the establishment of a strong TCM province. Methods Referring to“ChinaHealth Statistics Yearbook”，“National Statistical Extracts of Chinese Medicine”，“Guangdong Health StatisticsYearbook”and“Guangdong Province Chinese Medicine Statistics Information Compilation”，Statistical analysis ofresources and medical services and other related indicators of Guangdong TCM Hospital from 2007 to 2018.Result From 2007 to 2018，the resources and medical service capabilities of Guangdong TCM Hospital continuedto increase. Conclusions That should strengthen overall coordination and promote the high⁃quality development ofChinese medicine hospitals. Improve the quality of talents，improve the training and selection mechanism andenhance the advantages of Chinese medicine talents。
