脊髓损伤是一种中枢神经系统损伤，除了致死致残外，常导致多种并发症，严重影响患者后期生活质量。同时，肠道菌群作为一个复杂而相对稳定的生态系统，对维持人体健康至关重要。近年来，肠道菌群对脊髓损伤的影响也受到越来越多的关注。研究表明，肠道菌群不仅可以作为脊髓损伤严重程度以及部分并发症的生物标志物，而且对于脊髓损伤的治疗肠道菌群也是一个潜在的靶点。

Spinal cord injury is devastating damage to central nervous system. In addition to disabilityand death，it often results in a variety of complications which seriously affect life quality in patients. Meanwhile，intestinal flora is a complex and relatively stable ecosystem ，which is critical to maintaining human health. Inrecent years，the effects of intestinal flora on spinal cord injury have also received more and more attention.Studies have shown that intestinal flora can serve not only as a biomarker for the severity of spinal cord injury andpartial complications，but also as a good target for the treatment of spinal cord injury. Based on the results ofthese studies，this paper provides some ideas for the further research and clinical diagnosis and treatment of spinalcord injury.
