口腔鳞状细胞癌是最常见的口腔肿瘤，全球每年有超过300 000例新发病例被诊断，其中大多数患者就诊时已处于中晚期，整体预后较差。迄今为止，活组织检查依然是口腔癌诊断的金标准，但因其有创性及手术并发症导致其临床应用存在诸多限制。近年来，液体活检以其独特的简便性、无创性及可重复性在临床上得到了广泛的关注，展现了广阔的应用前景。本文就miRNA液体活检在口腔鳞癌的最新研究进展做一综述。

Oral squamous cell carcinoma（OSCC）is the most common oral cancer. More than 300，000new cases are diagnosed every year in the world，most patients are in middle or advanced stage and have a fairlypoor prognosis. So far，biopsy are still the gold standard for diagnosis of oral cancer，butthere are still many limita⁃tions in its clinical application for its invasiveness and surgical complications.
