复杂、高危冠脉病变且有治疗指征的患者血运重建能改善预后，然而这类患者往往无法耐 受冠脉搭桥手术，而倾向于选择经皮冠脉介入治疗，但其潜在的高风险却成为冠脉介入医生面临的一大 挑战。近年来新药物、新器械及新技术的出现为这类患者接受冠脉介入治疗提供了更多保障，但其治疗 策略仍然存在一定的争议。本文针对这一患者人群接受冠脉介入治疗的现状与进展作一综述

Revascularization can improve the prognosis of patients with complex，high⁃risk coronary artery disease. However，the majority of the patients cannot tolerate coronary artery bypass surgery and prefer to choose percutaneous coronary intervention. The potential high risk has become a major challenge for coronary intervention⁃ al physicians. In recent years，the new drugs，devices and technologies provide more guarantee for the interven⁃ tion therapy，but it still remains controversial. This paper reviews the status and progress of coronary interventional therapy for the population with complex，high⁃risk coronary artery disease.
