With the wide application of novel anti⁃tumor drugs in clinical practice，the immune⁃related adverse reactions induced by them have also attracted much attention. Abnormal thyroid function is one of the most common adverse reactions. This paper is proposed to make a brief review of the research progress of the effects of two novel drugs on immunotherapy and targeted treatment，so as to improve the rational application of antineoplastic drugs and their safety during cancer treatment，to reduce drug⁃induced diseases，and contribute to a better manage⁃ ment of thyroid function of patients.
