目的 研究广州市中医医院的空间分布特征。方法 收集广州市中医统计信息和政府官 方网站数据，运用核密度分析、泰森多边形、平均最近邻分析和多距离空间聚类分析等多种空间分析方法 对广州市中医医院的空间分布特征进行统计描述和空间分析。结果 最近邻比率 ANN = 0.85，Z = -1.68， P = 0.09；观测 K 值显著小于期望 K 值和低值置信区间。结论 仅考虑空间位置时，广州市中医医院呈现 弱聚集分布；增加人口权重设置后，其分布变为离散分布。

Objective To study the spatial distribution characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine hos⁃ pitals in Guangzhou. Methods We collected statistical data on traditional Chinese medicine in Guangzhou as well as data from the government′s official website. Kernel density analysis，Tyson polygon，Average nearest neighbor analysis and Ripley′s K function were used to describe and analyze the spatial distribution characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine hospitals. Results Thenearest neighbor ratio was Ann = 0.85，Z = -1.68，P = 0.09； The ObservedK value is significantly smaller than the ExpectedKvalue and the confidence interval is narrow. Conclusion When only the spatial location is considered，the distribution of TCM hospitals in Guangzhou is weak aggregation；however，when the population weight is increased，the distribution becomes discrete.
