目的 七白散加减联合调Q激光治疗气滞血瘀型黄褐斑疗效及对血清中丙二醛（MDA）、脂质 过氧化物（LPO）、超氧化物歧化酶（SOD）水平的影响。方法 将 126 例入组患者采用数字表法随机分为治 疗组和对照1、2组。治疗组予以七白散加减联合调Q激光联合治疗；对照1组予以调Q激光治疗；对照2组 予以七白散加减治疗。以1个月为1个疗程，共3个疗程，疗程结束后进行疗效判定。结果 治疗组皮损改善 明显，有效率为92.8%（39/42），对照1组有效率为64.2%（27/42），对照2组有效率为71.4%（30/42），三组有效率 差异有统计学意义（P < 0.01）。治疗组较两对照组患者血清MDA/LPO 下降明显，SOD显著升高（P < 0.01）。 结论 七白散加减联合调Q激光对黄褐斑患者具有很好的疗效，值得临床推广应用。

Objective To study the clinical effect of modified Qibaisan combined with Q ⁃switched laser on chloasma of qi stagnation and blood stasis type via investigating its effect on malondialdehyde（MDA），lipid peroxide（LPO）and superoxide dismutase（SOD）in serum. Methods One hundred and twenty⁃six patients were randomly divided into treatment groups，control group 1 and 2 using the random digital table，treated with modified Qibaisan combined with Q⁃switched laser treatment，Q⁃switched laser alone and modified Qibaisan alone all for three treatment courses，one month as one course，respectively. At the end of the courses，the three groups were compared in terms of the curative effect. Results The skin lesions in treatment group were significantly improved，with the effective rate of 92.8%（39/42），while the effective rates of control groups 1 and 2 was 64.2%（27/42）and 71.4% （30/42），respectively. The differences in the effective rate between the three groups were statistically significant （P < 0.01）. The serum MDA/LPO of treatment group was significantly lower than that of control group 1 or 2，and the SOD was significantly increased（P < 0.01）. Conclusion Modified Qibaisan combined with Q ⁃ switched laser is more effective in treatment of patients with chloasma，and it is worthy of clinical application
