目的 探究自拟二小汤（小青龙汤合小柴胡汤）治疗肺气虚寒型变应性鼻炎患者疗效及其 对调节性 T 细胞（regulatory cells，Tregs）相关因子的作用。方法 将 64 例患者随机分为观察组、对照组各 32 例。观察组应用自拟二小汤治疗，对照组采用氯雷他定片治疗。治疗 28 d 后，观察两组症状评分、血清 中转化生长因子⁃β（transforming growth factor⁃β，TGF⁃β）、白介素 10（interleukin⁃10，IL⁃10）、白细胞介素 17 （interleukin 17，IL⁃17）含量以及生活质量。结果 治疗后，观察组的打喷嚏、鼻痒、鼻塞症状评分低于对照 组（P < 0.05）；观察组血清中 TGF⁃β、IL⁃10 高于对照组（P < 0.05），IL⁃17 低于对照组（P < 0.05）；观察组鼻结 膜炎生存量表（rhinoconjunctivitis quality of life scale，RQLQ 评分）优于对照组（P < 0.05）。结论 自拟二小 汤可以改善变应性鼻炎临床症状，提升患者血清中 TGF⁃β、IL⁃10 的含量，降低 IL⁃17 的含量，明显改善患者 生活质量，效果全面优于氯雷他定片，值得临床进一步研究其机理及远期疗效。

Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of Erxiao decoction（Xiaoqinglong decoction and Xiaochaihu decoction）on allergic rhinitis（AR）in patients with lung qi deficiency cold patten and the role of regulatory cells（Tregs）related factors. Methods A total of 64 patients were randomly assigned into observation group（n = 32）and control group（n = 32）. The observation group was treated with Erxiao decoction，and the control group was treated with Loratadine tablets. After 28 days of treatment，the symptom score and serum trans⁃ forming growth factor including transforming growth factor⁃β，TGF⁃β，Interleukin⁃10（IL⁃10），interleukin⁃17（IL⁃ 17）content and quality of life were observed. Results The scores of sneezing，nasal itching and nasal congestion in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group（P < 0.05）. In the observation group，the levels of TGF⁃β in serum were significantly higher than those in the control group，IL⁃10 was signifi⁃ cantly higher than that of the control group（P < 0.05），and IL⁃17 was significantly lower than that of the control group（P < 0.05）. The rhinoconjunctivitis quality of life scale（RQLQ score）of the observation group was signifi⁃ cantly better than that of the control group（P < 0.05）. Conclusion Erxiao decoction could relieve the symptoms of AR and increase the serum TGF⁃β and IL⁃10. It is worthy of further study on its mechanism and long⁃term efficacy.
