摘要

长链非编码 RNA（long non⁃coding RNA，lncRNAs）是一种长度大于 200 nt 且不具备编码潜能的转录本，因其异常表达与肿瘤的发生、发展密切相关而成为当前的研究热点。MALAT1 作为最早发现的 lncRNA 之一，可通过不同途径参与调控肿瘤细胞的增殖、凋亡、侵袭以及转移等，影响肿瘤的发展进程。本文即针对MALAT1在多种肿瘤中的研究现状做一综述，为今后肿瘤的诊断和治疗提供新思路。

Abstract

Long non⁃coding RNA（lncRNA）is a kind of non⁃coding transcripts longer than 200nt. Abnormal expression of lncRNAs is associated with various types of tumors. MALAT1，one of the first lncRNAs to be discov⁃ ered，can regulate the proliferation，apoptosis，metastasis and invasion of tumor cells through different pathways and affect the progression of tumors. The present study reviews the current status of MALAT1 in many kinds of tumors，and provides a novel perspective on the diagnosis and treatment of tumors.
