目的 研究乳癌术后方对乳腺癌术后患者 10 年无病生存率及总生存率的影响。方法 观察并随访 2002 年 1 月 1 日至 2010 年 12 月 31 日手术，并就诊于我科门诊的乳腺癌术后患者。根据是否服 用以乳癌术后方为基础的中药复方分为中药组和对照组，观察患者的无病生存期（disease⁃free survival， DFS）及总生存期（overall survival，OS）。结果 中药组 10 年的总生存率为 93.2%，对照组为 83.4%，中药可降低64.4%的死亡风险（P < 0.05）；中药组和对照组10年的无病生存率分别为89.6%和85.3%，两组差异无统计学意义（P > 0.05）。结论 乳癌术后方可以给乳腺癌术后患者带来远期生存获益，提高乳腺癌术后 10年的总生存率，降低死亡风险。

Objective To evaluate the effect of Ru′ai Shuhou Recipe（RSR）on 10⁃year disease⁃free survival and overall survival in breast cancer patients. Method To observe and follow up the breast cancer pa⁃ tients who accept the surgery from January 1，2002 to December 31，2010. The patients were divided into Chi⁃ nese medicine group and control group according to whether they took RSR or not. The diseases ⁃free survival （DFS）and overall survival（OS）were recorded. Result The 10⁃year overall survival rate was 93.2% in the RSR group and 83.4% in the control group，and the risk of death was reduced by 65.0% in the RSR group （P < 0.05）. The 10 ⁃ year disease ⁃free survival rate was 89.6% in the RSR group and 85.3% in the control group. But there was no significant difference in disease⁃free survival between the two groups. Conclusion Ru′ ai Shuhou Recipe could bring survival benefits to breast cancer patients after surgery，improve the 10⁃year over⁃ all survival rate，and reduce the risk of death
