目的 探究参芪降糖颗粒联合利拉鲁肽用于二甲双胍治疗失效的 2 型糖尿病患者的应用 价值。方法 将 2017 年 4 月至 2019 年 10 月于本院就医的 150 例 2 型糖尿病患者分为 A、B、C 三组，每组各 50 例。所有患者给予二甲双胍治疗，A 组给予利拉鲁肽，B 组给予参芪降糖颗粒，C 组给予参芪降糖颗 粒联合利拉鲁肽，对比三组治疗前后血糖水平、疗效、内脂素、胰岛功能、中医证候积分和不良反应。 结果 治疗后C组的血糖指标水平均明显低于A组和B组（P＜0.05）。治疗后A组的总有效率为78%，B组 的总有效率为 82%，C 组的总有效率为 96%，C 组总有效率显著高于 A 组和 B 组（P＜0.05）。治疗后 C 组的 内脂素水平均明显低于 A 组和 B 组（P＜0.05）。治疗后 C 组的 HOMA⁃β明显高于 A 组和 B 组（P＜0.05）。 治疗后 C 组的中医证候积分明显低于 A 组和 B 组（P＜0.05）。三组在治疗过程中均未出现严重不良反应 （P＞0.05）。结论 联合用药可显著提高疗效且未增加药物不良反应，可应用于二甲双胍治疗失效的 2 型 糖尿病。

Objective To explore the application value of Shenqi Jiangtang granules combined with lira⁃ glutide for type 2 diabetic patients who do not respond to metformin therapy. Methods A total of 150 patients with type 2 diabetes who received treatment in our hospital from April 2017 to October 2019 were divided into three groups：A，B，and C，with 50 subjects in each group. All patients received metformin，group A was given liraglu⁃ tide，group B was given Shenqi Jiangtang granules，and group C was given Shenqi Jiangtang granules combined with liraglutide. The blood glucose levels，efficacy，visfatin，pancreatic islet function，TCM syndrome scores and adverse reactions of the three groups were compared before and after the treatment. Results After treatment，the blood glucose level of group C was significantly lower than that of group A and group B（P < 0.05）. The total effec⁃ tive rate of group A、B and C was 78%，82% and 96%，respectively. The total effective rate of group C was signifi⁃ cantly higher than that of group A and group B（P < 0.05）. The level of visfatin in group C was significantly lower than that in group A and group B（P < 0.05）. The HOMA⁃β of group C was significantly higher than that of group A and group B（P < 0.05）. The TCM syndrome score of group C was significantly lower than that of group A and group B（P < 0.05）. No serious adverse reactions were found in the three groups（P > 0.05）. Conclusion Shenqi Jiangtang granules combined with liraglutide could significantly improve the efficacy without increasing adverse drug reactions，and could be applied to type 2 diabetes patients who do not respond to metformin.
