R736.1 Research on the predictive value of VEGF and Ang⁃2 in thyroid papillary carcinoma and its concomitant cervical lymph node metastasis

目的 探讨甲状腺乳头状癌(PTC)组织标本中血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)和促血管生成素 2 (Ang⁃2)对 PTC 诊断及其并发颈部淋巴结转移的临床价值。方法 选取经病理确诊的 PTC 患者 86 例(未 合并颈部淋巴结转移的 PTC 患者病例 41 例和已并发颈部淋巴结转移的 PTC 患者病例 45 例)。采用免疫 组织化学染色法 Max Vision TM 法检测 PCT 组织及癌旁正常甲状腺组织的 VEGF 和 Ang⁃2 的表达水平并记 录上述相关临床资料。结果 (1)VEGF 的表达水平在 PTC 组织中明显高于癌旁组织(P<0.05);在未并发颈部淋巴结转移和已并发颈部淋巴结转移的 PTC 组织中的表达水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);(2) Ang⁃2 在 PTC 组织中的表达明显高于癌旁组织(P<0.05);在未并发颈部淋巴结转移和已并发颈部淋巴结转移的 PTC 组织中的表达水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 VEGF 和 Ang⁃2 对于辅助 PTC 的诊断有一定的临床意义,VEGF 和Ang⁃2对预测PTC 是否伴有颈部淋巴结转移可能无诊断价值。

血管内皮生长因子和促血管生成素2对甲状腺乳头状癌及颈部淋巴结转移的诊断价值
Objective To investigate the clinical value of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)and angiopoietins 2(Ang ⁃ 2)in diagnosis of papillary thyroid carcinoma(PTC)and its concomitant cervical lymph node metastasis. Methods A total of 86 PTC patients confirmed by pathology(41 PTC patients without cervical lymph node metastasis and 45 PTC patients with cervical lymph node metastasis)were selected. The expression levels of VEGF and Ang⁃2 in PCT tissues and adjacent normal thyroid tissues were detected by MaxVisionTM method of immunohistochemical staining,and the above related clinical data were recorded. Results (1)The expression level of VEGF in PTC tissues was significantly higher than that in adjacent tissues(P < 0.05). There was no differ⁃ ence in the expression level between PTC without cervical lymph node metastasis and PTC with cervical lymph node metastasis(P > 0.05).(2)The expression of Ang⁃2 in PTC tissues was significantly higher than that in para⁃ carcinoma tissues(P < 0.05). There was no difference in expression levels between PTC tissues without cervical lymph node metastasis and those with cervical lymph node metastasis(P > 0.05). Conclusion VEGF and Ang⁃2 have certain clinical significance in assisting diagnosis of PTC. VEGF and ANG⁃2 may have no diagnostic value in predicting whether PTC associating with cervical lymph node metastasis.
