目的 分析急性肠梗阻患儿血清乳酸脱氢酶（LDH）、碱性磷酸酶（ALP）、白细胞（WBC）与高 敏 C 反应蛋白（hsCRP）在手术及非手术治疗前后表达情况，并探讨其临床意义。方法 回顾性总结分析 我院（2016 年 11 月至 2019 年 12 月）66 例患儿（33 例手术治疗组及 33 例非手术治疗组）急性肠梗阻患儿 在治疗前后血清 LDH 与 ALP、WBC 与 hsCRP 的表达。结果 手术组与非手术组相比，治疗前 LDH、ALP 和hsCRP 的差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05），WBC 差异无统计学意义；治疗后LDH 差异有统计学意义（P＜ 0.05），ALP、hsCRP 与 WBC 差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论 LDH、ALP 与 hsCRP 结果都可以反映急 性肠梗阻患儿的病情严重程度；相比 ALP，LDH 与 hsCRP 检查结果能够更好地评估急性肠梗阻患儿病情。

Objective To analyze the overall expression of serum lactate dehydrogenase（LDH），alkaline phosphatase（ALP），white blood cell（WBC）and high sensitivity C ⁃ reactive protein（hsCRP）in children with acute intestinal obstruction before and after surgical and non⁃surgical treatment，and to explore its clinical signifi⁃ cance. Methods Retrospectively analyzed the expression of serum LDH，ALP，WBC and C⁃reactive protein before and after treatment in 66 children with acute intestinal obstruction（33 cases with surgical treatment and 33 cases with non⁃ surgical treatment）in our hospital（November 2016⁃December 2019）. Results Comparison between surgical and non ⁃ surgical groups：the levels were significantly different before treatment in LDH，ALP and hsCRP but not in WBC ，The levels were significantly different after treatment in LDH but not in WBC，ALP and hsCRP. Conclusion LDH，ALP and hsCRP can reflect the severity of acute intestinal obstruction in chil⁃ dren. Compared with ALP，LDH and hsCRP can evaluate children with acute intestinal obstruction better.
