目的 探讨早期喂养联合捏脊疗法在新生儿腹腔镜下十二指肠梗阻术后的应用效果。 方法 120 例新生儿十二指肠梗阻患儿随机分为对照组（A 组）、早期喂养组（B 组）、捏脊疗法组（C 组）、早期喂养联合捏脊疗法组（D 组），比较四组患儿术后肠功能恢复情况、术后喂养不耐受发生率、住院时长、住院费用的差异。结果 D组患儿术后肠功能恢复情况、住院时长和住院费用均优于其他三组；C组、D组患儿术后喂养不耐受发生率低于 A 组和 B 组，D 组发生率最低。结论 早期喂养联合捏脊疗法可促进新生儿十二指肠梗阻患儿术后肠功能恢复，缓解术后喂养不耐受，可在临床进一步推广应用

Objective To investigate the effects of early feeding combined with chiropractic therapy on the post⁃laparoscopic recovery of bowel functions of neonates with duodenal obstruction. Methods A total of 120 children with neonatal duodenal obstruction were randomly divided into three groups：the control group（group A），the early feeding group（group B），the chiropractic therapy group（group C），the group treated with early feeding combined with chiropractic therapy（group D）. Comparisons were done among the four groups with respect to the recovery of postoperative bowel function，the incidence of postoperative feeding intolerance，the length of hospital stay，and hospitalization costs. Results The recovery of postoperative bowel function was better，the hos⁃ pital stay longer，and hospital cost lower in group D，as compared with the other three groups. The incidences of postoperative feeding intolerance in groups C and D were both lower than in groups A and B，and that in group D was the lowest among all the groups. Conclusion Early feeding combined with chiropractic therapy can promote the recovery of post⁃laparoscopic bowel function，and relieve postoperative feeding intolerance in children with neo⁃ natal duodenal obstruction，which can be promoted in clinical practice.
