2016 年版罗马Ⅳ标准修整了罗马Ⅲ标准中对功能性消化不良（FD）和肠易激综合征（IBS）的 定义，使得疾病的诊断和疾病之间的重叠情况发生变动。故本文以罗马Ⅳ标准为认知基础，结合大量相 关文献的阅读，尝试对 2016 年至 2020 年间有关 FD 与 IBS 重叠的研究整理归纳，以期为临床更好地了解 FD 与IBS 的重叠现状提供参考依据。

The Rome Ⅲ criteria has been updated to 2016 Rome Ⅳ，in which the definition of functional dyspepsia（FD）and irritable bowel syndrome（IBS）has been revised and the diagnosis of and illness overlap between the diseases has changed. So in this paper，based on Roman Ⅳ criteria and literature review，we attempt to sort out and summarize the studies on the overlap between FD and IBS between 2016 and 2020，so as to provide reference for better understanding the present situation of overlap between FD and IBS.
