脓毒症的发病率与病死率居高不下，但其具体的发病机制尚未明确，因而缺乏精准的治疗靶点，给临床诊治带来极大的困难。目前，免疫功能紊乱在脓毒症病理生理中的意义已成为国内外学者的研究热点。本文就脓毒症中免疫功能变化机制的研究进展作一述评。

The incidence and mortality rates of sepsis are high，but the specific pathogenesis of sepsis is still unclear. Due to the lack of accurate treatment targets，the diagnosis and treatment of sepsis in clinical practice is extremely difficult. Currently ，the significance of immune dysfunction in the pathophysiology of sepsis has become a research hotpot. This paper summarizes and reviews the advances in the changing mechanisms of immune function during sepsis.
