新型冠状病毒肺炎（COVID⁃19）是当前全人类共同面临的公共卫生问题，疫情广泛蔓延对全球的经济、卫生、人口、社会发展和人民生活习惯造成了严重影响。虽然大多数患者以轻症居多，预后良好，但少数患者病情危重，进展较快。因此，探讨COVID⁃19的影响因素和临床指标，对早期判断病情的转归和调整相应的治疗策略具有重要意义。本文对影响COVID⁃19预后的相关因素最新研究进展进行总结。

COVID⁃19 is currently a public health problem forall mankind. The spread of the epidemic has severely affected the global economy，health，population，social development and people′s living habits. Although most patients are mostly non ⁃ severe with a good prognosis，a few patients are severeand progress rapidly. There⁃ fore，it is important to explore the progress factors of COVID⁃19 for prediction of out come and adjustment of the treatment strategies. Here we summarizes the factors affecting the prognosis of COVID⁃19.
