Ⅳ型心肾综合征对于慢性肾脏病患者的死亡率和预后具有重要的影响。但目前对于Ⅳ型 心肾综合征发病机制的了解还不全面，治疗手段还不能有效控制Ⅳ型心肾综合征对慢性肾脏病患者生命的威胁。因此还需要对Ⅳ型心肾综合征的发病机制进一步深入研究，以开发出新的有效治疗手段。本文将近年重点关注的Ⅳ型心肾综合征发病机制的新进展做一综述，以期为药物研发提供依据，并指导临床诊断和治疗。

Type Ⅳ cardiorenal syndrome plays an important role in the mortality and prognosis of patients with chronic kidney disease（CKD）. At present，the understanding of the pathogenesis of type Ⅳ cardiorenal syndrome is not comprehensive，and current treatment methods cannot effectively control the life threat of type Ⅳ cardiorenal syndrome to CKD patients. Therefore，it is necessary to further explore the pathogenesis of type Ⅳ cardiorenal syndrome and develop new effective therapy methods. This article attempts to review the recent progress in the pathogenesis of type Ⅳ cardiorenal syndrome，which might provide the basis for medicine design and guide clinical diagnosis and treatment.
