目的 探讨1型糖尿病儿童的低血糖事件影响因素。方法 收集2017年1月至2019年12月 某医院住院 542 例 1 型糖尿病儿童的临床资料，对其低血糖事件发生的影响因素进行分析。结果 患儿 血糖控制达标率为 22.0%；低血糖发生率为 60.89%，低血糖发生密度为 3.89%；三餐前是儿童低血糖高发 时间段；1 型糖尿病儿童低血糖事件发生受到儿童年龄、新确诊、HbAlc 的影响（P＜0.05）。多因素 logistics 结果显示，年龄是发生低血糖事件的保护因素，新确诊是发生低血糖事件的危险因素。结论 1 型糖尿病 儿童的低血糖事件发生率高，血糖控制达标率低。低龄儿童与新确诊患儿是发生低血糖的高风险人群， 应重点关注。

Objective To investigate the influence factors of hypoglycemia in children with type 1 diabe⁃ tes. Methods Clinical data of 542 children with type 1 diabetes hospitalized from January 2017 to December 2019 were collected，and the influence factors of hypoglycemia were analyzed. Results Blood glucose control rate of diabetic children was 22.0%；incidence of hypoglycemia 60.89%and occurrence density of hypoglycemia 3.89%. The period before meals witnessed high incidence of hypoglycemia in children. The incidence of hypoglycemia in children with type 1 diabetes was influenced by the age of the child，newly⁃confirmed case，and HbAlc（P < 0.05）. Multivariate logistic showed that age was a protective factor for reducing hypoglycemia，while newly⁃confirmed case risk factor for hypoglycemia. Conclusion The incidence of hypoglycemia in children with type 1 diabetes remains high，and the rate of blood glucose control is low. Young children and newly⁃diagnosed children are at a high risk of hypoglycemia.
