Eliminating the source of infection, cutting off the transmission route and protecting susceptible population are the keys to control the prevalence of tuberculosis. In this paper, the research progress of tuberculosis transmission is briefly summarized from the aspects of pathogen, infection sources, transmission vectors and routes of transmission, high?risk population and its protection and blocking。
