结核病传播研究进展

胡锦兴,留美医学博士,主任医师,博士研究生导师,广州市医学重点学科带头人。现任广州市胸科医院副院长,中华医学会结核病学分会互联网医疗专委会副主任委员、中国防痨协会临床专业分会常委、中国防痨协会青年理事会委员、广东省医师协会呼吸分会常务委员、广东省医师协会呼吸分会结核防治组组长、广东省医学会结核病学分会委员、广东省医学会循证医学分会委员、广东省防痨学会临床专业委员会委员兼秘书、广州市医学会睡眠医学分会副主任委员。从事结核病的诊治和科研工作,以肺结核、慢性阻塞性肺疾病及肺动脉高压发病机制为主要研究方向,主持国家、省市级课题5项,参与美国国家卫生科学院NIH基金、863、973项目及国家自然科学基金项目等课题研究,以第一作者或通讯作者发表SCI论文多篇。E?mail:hujinxing2000@163.com

摘要

消灭传染源、切断传播途径和保护易感人群是控制结核病流行的关键。本文即从结核病的病原体和传染源,结核病的传播媒介和传播途径、罹患结核病的高危人群及其保护措施和阻断策略等方面对结核病传播的研究进展作简要概述。

Abstract

Eliminating the source of infection, cutting off the transmission route and protecting susceptible population are the keys to control the prevalence of tuberculosis. In this paper, the research progress of tuberculosis transmission is briefly summarized from the aspects of pathogen, infection sources, transmission vectors and routes of transmission, high?risk population and its protection and blocking。
