敏感结核病治疗:从24个月到2个月

李亮,主任医师、教授,博士研究生导师。现任首都医科大学附属北京胸科医院副院长、中国疾病预防控制中心结核病防治临床中心副主任、北京结核病诊疗技术创新联盟理事长。主要学术任职包括:中华医学会结核病学分会前任主任委员、国家卫生健康委疾病控制专家委员会委员、国家卫生健康委“健康中国”科普委员会委员、北京医管局生物安全专家委员会副主任委员、中华预防医学会组织感染与损伤预防与控制专业委员会副主任委员。李亮教授从事结核病防控工作30年,熟悉结核病预防控制、临床诊疗、医院管理等工作。先后主持承担国家十一五科技重大专项“耐药结核病临床发生规律及预警模式究”、十二五及十三五重大专项“耐药结核病治疗方案研究”、“初治肺结核缩短疗程研究”等课题二十余项;发表学术论文70余篇;主持编写或翻译专著30余部,2006年获得 “全国结核病防治先进个人”,2015年获得北京市科技成果二等奖。

摘要

新英格兰杂志于今年3月份发表的一项使用8周新药组合方案治疗敏感结核病的临床试验结果,为我们进一步缩短敏感结核治疗疗程带来了新的期望。对敏感结核的治疗是否一定遵循6个月的标准化疗方案呢,本文从敏感结核治疗方案的历史演变出发,对此提出思考与展望。

Abstract

The results of a clinical trial using an 8?week combination regimen of new drugs to treat sensitive tuberculosis, published by The New England Journal of Medicine in March 2023, have raised new expectations for further shortening the course of treatment for sensitive tuberculosis. Whether the treatment of sensitive TB must follow the standard 6-month chemotherapy regimen? This article reviews the historical evolution of the treatment plan for sensitive tuberculosis,and Propose thoughts and prospects for future treatment directions based on the current situation in China。
