T 淋巴细胞作为细胞免疫中的重要参与者在肿瘤免疫治疗中发挥关键作用。以往的放化疗 和/或手术治疗对食管鳞状细胞癌作用有限，因此为肿瘤患者带来生存获益的免疫治疗开始应用在食管 鳞状细胞癌治疗中。T 淋巴细胞对食管鳞状细胞癌的影响机制尚未阐明，探索 T 淋巴细胞在食管鳞状细 胞癌中的作用或许有利于寻找新的治疗途径。本文对T 淋巴细胞在食管鳞状细胞癌发生发展中的作用进 行综述。

As an important part of cellular immunity，T lymphocytes play a key role in tumor immunotherapy. In the past，chemoradiotherapy and/or surgical treatment had limited effects on overall survival of patients with esophageal squamous cell carcinoma，and immunotherapy that brought survival benefits to tumor patients began to be applied for the treatment of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma. The mechanism of T lymphocytes′ effects on esophageal squamous cell carcinoma has not been fully elucidated yet. Thus exploring the role of T lymphocytes in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma may be helpful for finding new therapeutic approaches. This article reviews the role of T lymphocytes in the development of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma.
