前庭性偏头痛（vestibular migraine，VM）是以发作性眩晕/头晕为主要表现的常见前庭疾病。 临床上对 VM 分期具有主观性，缺乏规范。准确判别发作期、间歇期或慢性持续期是 VM 临床诊疗及开展 病理生理研究的基础。从发作时间和频率、症状体征、量表评分、影像检查及血液检测等方面综合分析 VM 的发病规律和病理本质，有助于对VM 进行客观的分期诊断。

Vestibular migraine（VM）is a common vestibular disease characterized by paroxysmal vertigo/ dizziness. Clinically，VM staging is subjective and lacks standardization. Accurate identification of attack period， intermittent period or chronic duration is the basis of VM clinical diagnosis and treatment and pathophysiological research. Comprehensive analysis of the pathogenesis and pathological nature of VM from the aspects of onset time and frequency，symptoms and signs，scale score，imaging examination and blood test is helpful for objective stag⁃ ing diagnosis of VM.
