目前临床上对于肝癌患者的肝功能评估和治疗相关的预后预测仍以 Child⁃Pugh 评分为主， 但在实施“精准医学”的年代越显其存在着明显不足之处。本文就近年来利用 ALBI 分级（白蛋白⁃胆红素 分级）在接受不同方式治疗的肝癌的患者的疗效评估、预后预测方面的应用、ALBI 分级的优、缺点加以总 结，并将近年来将其应用于预测模型的研究现状进行综述，以为临床工作提供更大的帮助。

The major tool for liver function assessment and prognosis stratification for patients with hepato⁃ cellular carcinoma is Child⁃Pugh score. Nevertheless，the accuracy of the Child⁃Pugh score on this topic is limited by its disadvantages. With the aim to provide better clinical evidence and benefits，the review article summarized the ability of the albumin⁃bilirubin（ALBI）grade in evaluating the efficacy and predicting the prognosis of various treatments for patients with hepatocellular carcinoma（HCC）as well as the advantages and disadvantages of ALBI classification. In addition，ALBI grade⁃based prognostic models for HCC were also reviewed.
