持续的新型冠状病毒肺炎（COVID⁃19）疫情严重威胁着人类健康，患有基础病的老年人首当其 冲，尤其是患有慢性呼吸疾病的人群，其重症率及病死率陡增。已有流行病学资料显示，基础病及共患病状态 通常与COVID⁃19的预后密切相关，其中慢性呼吸疾病如慢性阻塞性肺疾病、支气管扩张症、肺结核、间质性肺 疾病和肺癌等包括吸烟基础情况都是导致重症、危重症COVID⁃19的高风险因素，也是导致疾病负担显著增加 的重要原因。本文旨在针对慢性呼吸疾病与COVID⁃19共患风险及疾病负担研究现状和进展作一简要综述。

The ongoing COVID⁃19 pandemic is a serious threat to human health，and older people with un⁃ derlying diseases are the most vulnerable，especially those with chronic respiratory diseases，showing significantly increased severe illness rates and case fatality rates. Existing epidemiological data show that the underlying diseases and comorbidities are often closely associated with the prognosis of COVID⁃19. Chronic respiratory diseases，such as chronic obstructive pulmonary disease，bronchiectasis，pulmonary tuberculosis，interstitial lung diseases and lung cancer，as well as the underlying status such as smoking，are not only high risk factors for severe and critical COVID⁃19，but also contribute to the significantly increased disease burden.This article aims to briefly review the current status and progress of research on the co⁃morbidity risk and disease burden of chronic respiratory diseases and COVID⁃19.
