骨质疏松症是骨矿物质密度低和微结构恶化导致骨强度低和骨折风险增加的疾病。肾功 能衰竭因为代谢紊乱会加速骨质流失，增加骨质疏松的风险进而导致骨折甚至死亡。地舒单抗作为核因 子⁃κ 因受体活化因子配体抑制剂，广泛应用于骨质疏松症的治疗。近年来，关于地舒单抗在血液透析患 者骨质疏松症中的应用越来越多。现将地舒单抗在血液透析患者骨质疏松症治疗中的应用及研究进展 进行综述。

Osteoporosis is a disease where low bone mineral density and microstructure deterioration lead to low bone strength and high risk of fracture. Because metabolic disorders will accelerate bone loss and renal failure，which can increase the risk of osteoporosis that will lead to fracture or even death. Denosumab is a receptor activator of nuclear factor⁃κB ligand inhibitor that is widely used in the treatment of osteoporosis. In recent years， there are increasing applications of denosumab in hemodialysis patients with osteoporosis.
