乳腺癌是危害女性健康的常见病，其治疗是以手术治疗为主的综合治疗，但手术治疗后，由 于手术和后续治疗对腋窝淋巴管的损伤，上肢淋巴水肿的发生率较高，影响了患者的生存质量，增加了患 者的痛苦，应引起临床医生，尤其是乳腺外科医生的高度重视。本文就乳腺癌相关淋巴水肿的相关问题 进行了探讨，尤其是淋巴水肿的预防和处理。随着乳腺癌研究的进展和微创外科理念的推广，乳腺癌相 关淋巴水肿的发生率是可以逐步降低的，对于减轻患者的痛苦，提高生命的质量有积极意义。

Breast cancer is a common disease，which is harmful for females，and surgery dominated its treatment. However ，after surgical treatment ，the incidence of lymphedema in upper limbs is high due to the injury of axillary lymphatic vessels，which affects the patients′ quality of life and increases their pain. Clinicians， especially breast surgeons should attach more importance to it. In this paper，breast cancer⁃related lymphedema is discussed，especially the prevention and treatment of lymphedema. With the development of breast cancer research and the popularization of minimally invasive surgery，the incidence of breast cancer ⁃ related lymphedema will be gradually reduced，which is of positive significance for alleviating the pain of patients and improving the quality of life.
