加速术后康复（ERAS）是以循证医学为基础，通过外科、麻醉、护理、营养等多科室合作，通 过优化围术期各种临床路径来达到减少术后并发症、缩短住院时间及促进患者康复的目的。近年来因其 极大程度上解决了我国医疗资源分布不均的问题，ERAS 理念及路径在我国得到迅速的普及和推广。有 效镇痛是 ERAS 理念的核心内容，通过采用多模式、预防性、低阿片化及个体化的镇痛方法等来提高患者 生活质量及满意度。本文将对ERAS 理念下术后镇痛管理策略进行述评。

Enhanced recovery after surgery（ERAS）is a term often used to describe evidence⁃based peri⁃ operative care programs. Through the cooperation of department of surgery，anesthesisology，nursing，and nutrition and other departments，the perioperative protocol is optimized so as to reduce postoperative complications，shorten hospital stay and enhance the recovery of patients after surgery. With the extensively accepted concept and proto⁃ cols of ERAS in the past decade，the insufficient supply of medical resources in China has been alleviated. Effec⁃ tive analgesia is an important element of ERAS and preventive，multimodal，opioid⁃sparing analgesia and individu⁃ alized analgesia is effective for improving patient′s quality of life and satisfaction. This article summarizes the post⁃ operative analgesia strategies under the concept of ERAS.
