摘要

肠道菌群代谢物——短链脂肪酸(short chain fatty acids,SCFAs)具有较为丰富的生物学作用,可参与机体的免疫调节,促进免疫细胞分化成熟;维持菌群平衡,抑制有害菌生长繁殖,促进有益菌生长;促进肠道消化吸收,加快胃肠道蠕动;调节机体糖脂代谢。本文通过总结 SCFAs 代谢过程、生物学功能,探究其对机体健康的影响,为SCFAs 研究提供理论依据。

Abstract

Short chain fatty acids(SCFAs),metabolites of gut microbiota ,haveabundant biological effects,participate in the immune regulation of the body and promote the differentiation and maturation of immune cells. Maintain the balance of gut microbiota,inhibit the growth and reproduction of harmful bacteria,and promote the growth of beneficial bacteria;Promote intestinal digestion and absorption,accelerate gastrointestinal peristal⁃sis;Regulation of body glycolipid metabolism.Via summarizingthemetabolic process and biological functions of SCFAs,this paper exploresits influence on body health,providing theoretical basis for SCFAs research。
