原发性胆汁性胆管炎（primary biliary cholangitis ，PBC）是一种病因不明的自身免疫性胆汁淤积性肝病，部分患者常出现顽固性瘙痒及严重的高胆红素血症，目前临床上药物治疗有限，晚期并发症多，预后差，严重影响患者生存质量。当前，可暂时替代肝脏部分功能的非生物型人工肝治疗模式在临床上广泛应用，但应用非生物性人工肝治疗PBC患者的研究甚少，现将国内外相关研究进展综述如下a
