Research progress of hemodynamic in endovascular treatment for type B aortic dissection

Aortic dissection is a rapid onset disaster,and has high mortality. At present,endovascular aor⁃ tic repair has become the main treatment for Stanford B aortic dissection. Although endovascular aortic repair signif⁃ icantly reduces the incidence of surgical complications and mortality,when aortic dissection involving important branch vessels,the stent only covering dissection tear cannot meet the clinical needs. Therefore,hybrid surgery, chimney technology,fenestration technology and branch stent technology have shown outstanding advantages in retaining important branch blood vessels. This article reviews the current endovascular repair of aortic dissection combining hemodynamic factors,and provide reference for clinical selection of appropriate treatment methods.
