目的 探讨第八版美国癌症联合委员会（AJCC）乳腺癌预后分期Ⅰ-Ⅲ期与肿物BI⁃RADS分类超声特征的关系。方法 选取343例根据AJCC第八版乳腺癌预后分期为Ⅰ-Ⅲ期的乳腺癌患者共386个乳腺肿物超声声像图作为研究对象，分为3 组，采用χ2 检验分析乳腺癌肿物BI⁃RADS 分类超声特征与AJCC第八版乳腺癌预后分期Ⅰ-Ⅲ期的关系。结果 超声特征椭圆形、形态不规则、长轴与皮肤不平行、边缘不完整、边缘毛刺和后方回声减低在预后分期Ⅰ-Ⅲ期之间差异有统计学意义。结论 不同乳腺癌预后分期患者的肿物形态、方位、边缘形态、肿物后方特征存在差异。

Objective To investigate the correlations between the breast cancer clinical prognostic stageⅠ⁃Ⅲ from the AJCC（Eighth Edition）and ultrasonographic characteristics by BI⁃RADS classification. Methods A total of 386 breast cancer masses in 343 patients classified as stages Ⅰ⁃Ⅲ according to the AJCC（Eighth Edition）were selected and divided into three groups. χ2 test was used to analyze the relationships between breast cancer ultrasonic characteristics and AJCC stages Ⅰ⁃Ⅲ. Results The ultrasonographic characteristics such as oval shapes or irregular shapes of the masses，long axes non⁃paralleled to the skin，uncircumscribed margin，indistinct margin，speculated margin，and shadowing posterior features were significantly different across the prognosis stages Ⅰ⁃Ⅲ according to the AJCC（Eighth Edition）. Conclusion There are significant differences in tumor mor⁃phology orientation，marginal morphology and posterior features in patients across different stages of breast cancer prognosis.
