骨感染是骨科中治疗费用高、周期长、致残率高的疾病，目前的治疗措施存在易反复、需二 次手术取出内植入物等问题，研发具备抗菌性能的体内可降解植入材料能减轻患者痛苦及社会负担。镁 基金属具有体内可降解、与人体骨相近的弹性模量、一定的抗菌性能等优点，在骨感染修复材料研究领域 受到广泛关注。本文综述了镁基金属作为骨感染修复材料的优点、存在的问题、提高其耐腐蚀性和抗菌 性能的处理方法以及镁作为骨科内植入物的临床应用。

In orthopedics，bone infection is a disease with a high treatment cost，a long cycle，and a high disability rate. The current treatment measures have drawbacks such as easy repetition and the requirement for secondary surgery to remove the internal implants. The development of biodegradable implant materials with anti⁃ bacterial properties has the potential to reduce patient suffering as well as the social burden. Mg⁃based metals have attracted extensive attention in the research field of bone infection repair materials with the advantages of degrad⁃ able in vivo，elastic modulus similar to bone tissue，as well as certain antibacterial properties. This article reviews the benefits of magnesium⁃based metals as a bone infection repair material，as well as existing issues，treatments for improving corrosion resistance and antimicrobial properties，and the clinical application of magnesium as an orthopedic implant.
