由于人口老龄化，骨质疏松性骨折在我国的发病率呈逐年上升趋势，我国对骨修复和再生 的需求正在迅速增长，骨质疏松、糖尿病炎症、肿瘤、外伤骨折、先天性骨骼畸形等都会直接或间接导致骨 缺损，极大影响了患者的生活质量，而骨缺损修复一直是临床的难点。二甲双胍已被广泛应用于2型糖尿 病（T2DM）的治疗，目前，有大量研究表明二甲双胍对不同类型骨缺损修复也具有重要促进作用。本文旨 在对二甲双胍在骨缺损修复中的应用现状和相关临床试验进行综述，并对其应用前景进行展望。

Due to an aging population，the incidence of osteoporotic fractures is increasingly rapidly in China，and the demand for bone repair and regeneration is also growing rapidly. Osteoporosis，diabetes，inflamma⁃ tion and tumors，trauma，congenital skeletal malformations are directly or indirectly lead to bone defect，and greatly influence the life quality of patients. The treatment of bone defect is always a difficult point in clinic. Metformin has been widely used in type 2 diabetes mellitus（T2DM）. Recently，a large number of studies have shown that metfor⁃ min also plays an important role in repairing different types of bone defects. The application status and clinical trails of metformin in bone defect repair were emphatically reviewed in this article，as well as prospected the development.
