摘要

磁压榨吻合技术(magnetic compression anastomosis,MCA)作为一种新型的管腔吻合技术,具 有操作简便、吻合迅速、吻合后无异物反应、并发症少、适用人群年龄跨度大等优点,尤其对于不适合传统 手术的患者,提供了一种有效的微创治疗手段。 可应用于不同消化道管腔之间的吻合,能够实现消化道 管腔的快速重建。本文对于磁压榨吻合技术及其在快速消化道重建中的研究进展进行综述。

Abstract

Magnetic compression anastomosis(MCA),as a new type of lumen anastomosis technique has the advantages of simple operation,rapid anastomosis,no foreign body reaction after anastomosis,less compli⁃ cations,and a large age span of the applicable population. It provides an effective minimally invasive treatment for patients who are not suitable for traditional surgery. It can be applied to the anastomosis between different digestive tract lumens,and can achieve rapid reconstruction of digestive tract lumen. This article reviews the research prog⁃ ress of magnetic compression anastomosis and its application in rapid digestive tract reconstruction.
