复发性自然流产（RSA）指连续发生两次或两次以上的自然流产，是女性常见的一种妊娠相 关疾病。大部分 RSA 缺乏特异性临床表现及体征，主要依靠实验室检查进行病因学筛查。由于病因复 杂，涉及多个学科领域，目前国内外共识和指南在 RSA 的定义、诊断和治疗等方面都还存在争议，给临床 诊疗带来很大的困惑。本文拟结合国内外共识和指南，针对RSA 诊疗中存在的争议进行探讨。

Recurrent spontaneous abortion（RSA）refers to two or more consecutive spontaneous abortions， which is a common pregnancy ⁃ related disease in women. It is difficult to make an exact etiological diagnosis for there lacks specific clinical manifestations and signs in most RSA patients，and more laboratory tests are acquired. The etiology of RSA is complex and relates to multiple disciplines. There are still many disputes in the definition， diagnosis，and treatment of RSA when comparing internal consensus and external guidelines. Hence，it is easy to confuse clinical diagnosis and treatment of RSA. This article intends to discuss the controversial issues in diagnos⁃ ing and treating RSA based on these consensuses and guidelines.
