急性心肌梗死（AMI）是我国及全球医疗卫生行业面临的重大问题。随着经皮冠状动脉介入 治疗（PCI）技术的不断普及，AMI 患者住院死亡率明显降低。然而，AMI 导致的心力衰竭发病率却不断增 高，死亡风险显著增加。本文综述了当前研究中 AMI 后心衰的最新诊断和治疗进展，以进一步推动心梗 后心衰的规范化管理和治疗，改善患者预后。

Acute myocardial infarction（AMI）is the major medical challenge in China and throughout the world. With the progress of percutaneous coronary intervention（PCI），the mortality rate of AMI is decreased. However，the incidence of heart failure（HF）after AMI increases and the risk of death is markedly increased. This paper reviews the latest progress of diagnosis and treatment of HF after AMI，and aims to promote and optimize the standardized clinical strategies and the standardized management of HF after AMI and to improve the outcome of these patients.
