广州地区15 ABO家医院悬血型特征性分析浮红细胞供应季节性及

摘要:

目的 了解广州地区2010⁃2019年悬浮红细胞供血量排名前15位医院季节性及ABO血型的供 应特点,分析原因并预测发展趋势并提出合理性对策,保障临床用血。方法 收集2010⁃2019年15家医院悬 浮红细胞临床供血量,分别统计各季度和各血型供应量。结果 10年来广州血液中心向15家医院供应悬浮 红细胞共计2 723 978 U,占总供应量的71.09%(2 723 978/3 831 751.5),供应量呈逐年增高趋势;各季度悬浮 红细胞供应量年度构成比较稳定,第2季度和第4季度供应量高于第1季度和第3季度,4个季度悬浮红细胞 供应量比较,差异有统计学意义(F = 3.155,P < 0.05),第 1 季度与第 2、4 季度比较,差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05);各血型悬浮红细胞供应量年度构成比相对稳定,O型供应量最多,AB型供应量最少,4种血型悬浮红细 胞供应量比较差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05),除A型与B型相比较外,其余各血型组供血量两两比较差异均有 统计学意义(P < 0.05)。结论 15家医院红细胞供应量呈逐年增长趋势,并存在季节性和结构性供应紧张。 各部门应及时调整采供血策略,加大团体献血,精准招募,合理发放,缓解供需矛盾从而满足临床用血需要。

Abstract:

Objective To understand the characteristics of seasonal supplies of suspended red blood cells and ABO blood types to the top 15 hospitals in Guangzhou from 2010 to 2019,in order to analyze the reasons predict future development trends and offer rational solutions to ensure clinical blood use. Methods The distribution data on red blood cells from 15 hospitals for recent 10 years were collected to calculate amount of each quarter and blood type,respectively. Results A total of 2,723,978 U of red blood cells were distributed to 15 hospitals in the past 10 years,accounting for 71.09% of the total distribution(2,723,978/3,831,751.5),the total distribution was increasing year by year. The annual composition of red blood cell distribution in each quarter was relatively stable the distribution amount was higher in the second and fourth quarters than in the first and third quarters. There were statistically significant differences in blood distribution among four seasons(F = 3.155,P < 0.05),and the differences between the first quarter and the second quarter or the fourth quarter were statistically significant(P < 0.05). The annual composition of red blood cell distribution in each blood type was relatively stable;type O had the most distribution while type AB had the least distribution. There were also statistically significant differences in blood distribution among four blood types(P < 0.05)but the differences in the other groups were statistically significant except between A type and B type(P < 0.05). Conclusions The distribution of red blood cells in 15 hospitals had been increasing year by year so that the shortage of seasonal and structural distribution had existed. All departments should adjust the strategies for blood collection and distribution in time including an increase in group blood dona⁃ tion ,accurate donor recruitment ,and rational distribution to alleviate the contradiction between supply and demand,thereby meeting the needs for clinical use.
