颌骨不同骨质区域对种植体表面的接触成骨的影响

摘要:

目的 研究经喷砂酸蚀表面处理后的纯钛种植体植入 Beagle 犬下颌骨后在颌骨不同部位的成骨差异。方法 将经过喷砂酸蚀处理后的纯钛种植体植入 4 Beagle 犬下颌骨内,分别在植入 2、4 周后对 Beagle 犬实施安乐死,获得下颌骨标本,并对所获标本进行放射学观察及组织学观察。结果 术后观察到 4 Beagle 犬术区创口均达到一期愈合,受区植入的种植体无松动。对所获标本进行 组织学、放射学观察后发现术区种植体表面有新骨生成,且同时存在接触成骨及距离成骨两种成骨方式。进一步分析比对后认为,表面接触成骨的效果与种植体植入颌骨不同骨质区域的生物学性质有关,距离皮质骨近的区域接触成骨效果最好;而当种植体距离皮质骨大于 600 μm 时,接触成骨效果不明显结论 将酸蚀喷砂处理过的纯钛种植体植入 Beagle 犬下颌骨后,可观察到表面有接触成骨,且其与颌骨不同骨质区域的生物学性质相关,在距离接近皮质骨的区域会生成更多的新骨。

Abstract:

Objective To investigate the osteogenic differences of the Beagle canine mandible after implantation of the pure titanium implants treated by sandblasting and acid etching. Methods Four Beagle dogs were implanted with the pure titanium implants after sandblasting and acid etching. The Beagle dogs were sacrificed at 2 weeks and 4 weeks after implantation,and the specimens were observed radiologically and histologically. Results All the wounds in the four Beagle dogs were healed in the first stage without implant loosening. Histological and radiological observation showed that new bone formation on the surface of the implant could be observed. Contact and distance osteogenesis were observed. Contact osteogenesis is related to the biological characteristics of different bone regions of the mandible,and the area close to cortical bone has a good effect of contact osteogenesis. Contacting with cortical bone was not obvious in areas larger than 600 μm. Conclusion Contact osteogenesis was observed on the surface of pure titanium implants with acid etching and sandblasting,and contact osteogenesis was related to the biological characteristics of different bone regions of the mandible,and more new bone was generated in the area close to cortical bone.
