摘要：

在抗结核化疗中导致患者中止抗结核治疗，影响治疗效果最常见的药物不良反应即是抗结核药物性肝损伤（anti⁃tuberculosisdrug⁃inducedliverinjury，ATB⁃DILI）。ATB⁃DILI 的正确预防、诊断、处置在结核治疗过程中尤为重要，本文将重点论述 ATB⁃DILI 的发生机制、临床诊治和抗结核治疗预防保肝的必要性，以期为ATB⁃DILI 的规范处置提供参考。

Abstract:

Anti⁃tuberculosis drug⁃induced liver injury（ATB⁃DILI）was the most common adverse drug reaction in anti⁃tuberculosis treatment，which was one of the reasons that caused patients to stop anti⁃tuberculosis treatment. It then affectes the therapeutic effect of tuberculosis. This article focuses on the pathogenesis，clinical diagnosis and treatment of ATB ⁃DILI，and the necessity of prevention and liver protection in anti ⁃tuberculosis treatment，
